Production, delivery & duties
This piece is made to order, with a listed time of 6–8 weeks. Transit usually takes a further 2–10 days, depending on destination. Shipping is complimentary worldwide. Duties and taxes are paid on orders within India; for international orders, duties and taxes at the destination may be payable to the courier or customs before delivery.
Returns, damage & cancellation
We do not offer returns or exchanges on pieces delivered in perfect condition as ordered. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, contact customer care within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement. If an order must be cancelled for unavoidable reasons before dispatch, 50% is refunded.
