Shipping & Payments
We ship all our packages through major logistics companies (Delhivery, Bluedart, DHL, UPS, Fedex, Aramex). All products are packaged with care.
We provide free shipping worldwide. Domestic shipments have all duties /taxes paid. However for International shipments Duty/taxes as prevalent at destination country might be payable to courier company / one’s customs authority, prior to receipt of the delivery
Ready goods are shipped within 2-3 working days. For made to order please refer to the Product page for timelines. Transit times might vary from 2-10 days depending upon destination and Government restrictions for movement of Parcels/Couriers.
Tracking details for your orders are sent to you via mail upon dispatch of your order. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the webpage (link provided in the email) to manually check the status of your orders.
Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide a complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure faster and better delivery.

We accept all major Debit & Credit cards and also provide Net Banking& UPI options across all major banks. The payment is handled by a reliable 3rd party payment gateway powered by Razorpay (for Domestic payments) and Paypal (for International payments).
Geisha Designs or the website doesn’t store/save your Creditcard details.
Incase you prefer a Bank Transfer / TT please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with product details and your complete address and we will assist in completing your transaction.
