At Geisha Designs we ensure that every order placed with us is treated as special. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be the occasional damage/defect in an item for which we would be open to replacement of the piece.

Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in with the tags intact. The shipping cost of the return would be borne by you and we will bear the shipping cost of the replacement being sent to you. We would need at least 7 working days for a replacement to be provided in this instance, and request your patience, should this situation occur.
Our garments are all on a made to order basis. All our products are handmade, the colors and motifs may differ slightly from the photos you see online. In case of cancellation of order due to unavoidable circumstances before it has been dispatched, we offer 50% refund to the client in their preferred mode of payment.
